About the Event
Clandestino! is Anker’s time-traveling, speakeasy-inspired event series. An acknowledgment of human precarity, we will gather inside Anker I. Molver’s beautiful house to celebrate craft, analog connection, and joy in our increasingly bellicose era.
Scene I: Lima, 1962:
After multiple natural disasters, Peru’s military overthrows its government citing election irregularities; meanwhile, Mario Vargas Llosa completes his first novel, The Time of the Hero.
